If an item is in stock it will usually ship within a day or two after we received an order. Some items we bring in our special order items and they take a bit longer to get.
Customers may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 10% restocking fee, unless the issue is with an incorrect shipment or manufacturers defect.
Any returns without the original packaging and instructional material, or the packaging and materials are damaged, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
Any merchandise that is returned showing signs of wear, installation or use can be denied a refund and any return shipping cost will be incurred by the customer. On normal returns, freight is not refunded.
Customers are responsible for all lost and damaged items in return shipping so please insure. All returns must be received at our location within 45 days of delivery. After 30 days of delivery, a partial refund may be issued or a refund may be denied.
If the return is a result of a manufactures defect or incorrect part, CSS will issue a return label to return at no additional charge to the customer. After the 30 day period has expired, the manufacturer's warranty will be in effect. When CSS receives your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or refund. If the products is found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued or denied.
All returns must have an RMA number or they may be rejected. We inspect all returns for signs of wear, installation or damage.
Any exchanges will be charged for any price differences and $9.95 for standard ground shipping.
